How do you get W$ or T$?
1. Win a satellite of any type that doesn't require you to use the seat yourself (WSOP and WPT sats to main events require you to use the first $10K seat you win. The satellites to other satellites can be sold as W$).
2. Go to the main screen -> click on Requests -> click on Registered in Tournaments -> Select the tournament you won a seat to.
3. Open up the lobby of the tournament you won a seat to and click 'Unregister'. The W$ or T$ will then show up in your account. If you can't unregister from the lobby, then please email support@pokerstars.com and request that they unregister you from the event. At this point, you can sell W$ or T$ to PSDollars for regular cash that you can use for cash games, tournaments or withdraw from your account.
How much will PSDollars purchase?
We will service any transaction of at least $10. There is no cap to what we will buy.
How long will it take to complete my transaction?
You should have the cash in your account within minutes of putting your trade through on PokerStars provided that you filled out the form on this website correctly. Remember, our trading system puts in information on PokerStars based on what you tell us -- if you supply the wrong amount, wrong type or wrong username, there will be a delay in your order processing until one of our customer service representatives notices the issue.
All transactions are completed through the Stars interface, so you can be 100% assured that you will receive the proper funds in your PokerStars account.
I submitted an order form and I put in my sell order on PokerStars. How can I be sure that you received my notification? Because if you didn't, you might not put my order through soon.
Try checking your email and see if you received a receipt from our site (remember to check junk mail folders). If you did get a receipt, rest assured that we received you order and will process it within a minute. If you didn't get a receipt, then please write us an email at PSDollars@gmail.com and let us know the details of your order. We will put through your order, investigate the situation and get back to you. 99% of the time, however, the order form will work fine provided that you fill in the correct information.
I have a large quantity of T$/W$ ($1K or more). Will you give me a higher % since I'm selling in bulk?
Depending on the time of year and our current stock of cash/T$/W$, we will sometimes pay a higher % for large quantities of T$ or W$. Please feel free to send us an email at PSDollars@gmail.com if you are interested in unloading a bulk quantity.
